Company's Ability to Team with Others

ENREGS personnel have successfully teamed with Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), and Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) on several projects in the past. In addition, ENREGS personnel work with and respect the needs of operational personnel providing final deliverables that are pre-designed to mesh with operational needs. Clearances and Security Needs

ENREGS possesses an approved Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) registration to handle, but not store, up to and including Secret Restrictive Data. The company also has one of the first approved OPSEC plans for any subcontractor under the new management at LANL.

The majority of ENREGS personnel possess active Q clearances.

Quality Requirements

ENREGS requires its personnel and subcontractors to follow both client and ENREGS quality requirements. ENREGS has a Quality Assurance Program that meets the intent of ANSI/ISO/ASQC 9001-1994 and 10CFR830 requirements.

Providing Trained and Qualified Personnel

ENREGS uses its network of contacts to recruit highly qualified personnel to provide support to its clients. ENREGS ensures that these personnel possess the necessary skills to support the statement of work. See corporate qualification for demonstrations of past performance. ENREGS has part time senior level subject matter experts that are available to provide additional support.

In addition, ENREGS maintains teaming agreements with other small business to have access to a broader range of professional skills. These teaming agreements ensure that a minimum 51% of all work is performed by ENREGS personnel for proposals for projects where ENREGS is the lead teaming partner.
